Before you file: Cloudflare is a CDN and reverse proxy, not a host. It forwards your complaint to the origin host and operator.
Steps
- Go to abuse.cloudflare.com/dmca and select "Copyright infringement and DMCA violations."
- Provide the specific URLs of the infringing material, a description of exactly where on the page the infringement appears, evidence you own the copyright, and your contact info.
- Submit. Do not email; emails are not processed.

Worth knowing
- Cloudflare will give you the origin hosting provider's contact details so you can file directly with them too.
- Clearing a CDN cache requires a court order or proof the origin already removed the content; send that to abusedocuments@cloudflare.com.
