Steps
- For repeat enforcement, register at etsy.com/ipreporting, add your IP (copyright, trademark, or patent) once, add ownership details, then create a report, search Etsy for listings, select them, and add to the report.
- For a one-off report, go to etsy.com/legal/ip/report instead, enter your contact info, prove ownership (registration number, jurisdiction, class), select the material type (username, shop name, video, etc.), enter the infringement details (URLs, seller info), then authorize and submit.
