Before you file: PayPal can only restrict or remove PayPal services from a merchant, not take down website content.

Steps

  1. Download and complete the PayPal Infringement Report.
  2. Include your contact info and a statement under penalty of perjury, the URL(s) of the infringing webpage, a description of your IP rights (for example "XYZ copyright" or "ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456"), an explanation of how the webpage infringes, a good faith belief that PayPal is being used for infringing transactions, and your signature.
  3. Email the completed report to infringementreport@paypal.com.
