Steps
- Gather evidence: the listing URL, item ID, seller ID, screenshots, and your trademark or copyright details.
- Join the VeRO program through eBay's VeRO page, or email a Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) directly to vero@ebay.com.
- Provide your contact details as rights owner, the allegedly infringing item IDs or URLs, a reason code, a description of the infringement, registration info for trademark, and the copyrighted work's location for copyright.
- Submit and track the outcome. eBay notifies the seller with your name and email.
