Steps

  1. Verify the site is hosted by WordPress.com and not self-hosted WordPress.org.
  2. Try contacting the site owner directly first, through a comment or contact form.
  3. If unresolved, use the DMCA form or email dmca@automattic.com.
  4. Provide your full name, company, address, phone and email, the copyright holder's name, the exact permalink URL of the unauthorized material (not just the domain), a description of the copyrighted work, the location of your original material, and your signature and good faith statements.
  5. Submit.
